Privacy Policy
Effective July 14, 2026
Supah, Inc. (“Supah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit supahlabs.com, register for the Supah waitlist, or communicate with us about those services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to supahlabs.com, the registration form available on the site, and related waitlist communications. It does not govern SupahID, account.supah.id, Supah native applications, Ledgr, or third-party websites, which may provide their own privacy notices.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you register, we collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, city and state, country code, and the source of your registration. We also collect information you include when you contact us.
Location and network information
Registration is currently limited to the United States. With your browser’s permission, we collect your precise latitude and longitude, the reported accuracy of that location, and the time it was verified. We also receive network and request information such as IP addresses and forwarded IP chains, proxy or hosting-network headers, country signals, user agent, and request timestamps. We use these signals to confirm launch eligibility and protect the registration process.
Site operation
The current site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting and network providers may create ordinary server logs needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- operate the site and administer the Supah waitlist;
- confirm United States launch eligibility;
- review registration completeness and applicant status;
- detect inconsistent signals, fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- communicate about registration, invitations, and Supah;
- debug, maintain, and improve the registration experience; and
- comply with law and protect Supah, our users, and others.
Automated signals may help our operators prioritize or review applicants, but they do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you without human involvement.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- to service providers that support hosting, networking, security, communications, and waitlist operations under appropriate restrictions;
- to another Supah service when you choose to begin a product or identity onboarding flow, subject to the notice governing that service;
- when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services;
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of our business; or
- with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising on this site.
5. Retention
We retain registration information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the waitlist, evaluate eligibility, communicate with applicants, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary by record and operational need. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable. Infrastructure providers retain security and server logs according to their own schedules.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You can deny or revoke browser location permission through your device or browser settings. Because location is used to confirm the current U.S. launch boundary, you cannot submit the registration form without granting that permission.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to learn more about how it is processed; to appeal certain request decisions; and to receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. Applicable laws may allow us to verify your identity, deny a request, or retain certain information. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out is currently necessary.
To submit a request, email privacy@supahlabs.com. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and verification directly from you.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The site and waitlist are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. United States processing
Supah is based in the United States. Information covered by this policy is processed and stored in the United States and is subject to U.S. law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
