Every major shift in personal technology has changed the boundary between the operator and the system. Each shift made tools feel closer, more capable, and more intimate, while making the operator more vulnerable.
Supah 2030 is the case for intelligence built around the human first. The substrate must be sovereign before the intelligence can be honest.
The paper sketches the ten-year arc: where identity begins, how permission becomes action, and why proof has to outlive any single company experience. It is a plan, not a prediction.
